The Green Pin® Heavy Duty Bow Shackle BN (P-6036) is a Grade 8 ultra-high-capacity bow shackle manufactured by Van Beest for the most demanding heavy lift and rigging operations in the world. Built to ASME B30.26, this shackle features a wide, rounded bow profile engineered to accept multiple sling legs, hooks, and connecting hardware simultaneously, making it the preferred choice for complex multi-point lifts, crane rigging, and offshore heavy lift assemblies. The bow is painted silver and the safety bolt pin is painted green, providing immediate color-coded field identification of pin type and orientation.

With a Working Load Limit of 120 tonnes, a 95 mm bow diameter, and a 95 mm pin diameter, the P-6036 is engineered for demanding lifts encountered in offshore construction, module installation, jacket and topside lifts, heavy marine salvage, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
